About The Development
Rockefeller Group recently completed two speculative industrial buildings totaling ±369,198 square feet on a former Walmart Supercenter site. Craig Road Logistics Center is located on a ±19.05-acre site located at the intersection of Craig Road and North Nellis Boulevard in the Clark County area of North Las Vegas.
Craig Road Logistics Center includes two buildings, Building A, a ±141,540 square foot building with ±2,535 square feet of spec office, 32’ clear height, 219 auto-parking stalls, and 18 dock doors. Building B, a ±227,660 square foot building with ±2,425 square feet of spec office, 36’ clear height, 176 auto-parking stalls, and 29 dock doors. The buildings have a shared ±210’ truck court and contain numerous other state-of-the-art features to make this project a Class A facility.
The site is located less than three miles from the company’s other two industrial projects in Las Vegas, Nellis Logistics Center and Cheyenne Industrial Park, which are all within a one-day drive to ten major U.S. cities and Mexico and is in close proximity to the I-15 Freeway, Harry Reid International Airport (including FedEx and UPS hubs) and the Las Vegas Intermodal Yard (including BNSF and Union Pacific hubs).
Rockefeller Group is able to offer prospective tenants various size options at Craig Road Logistics Center thus providing flexibility to the market to meet tenant demand.
Jason Simon and Rob Lujan of JLL’s Las Vegas office are the listing brokers for the project. Lee & Sakahara Architects designed the project and TWC Construction is the general contractor. Rockefeller Group’s civil engineer is Taney Engineering.
